2009/2010

Full year All Star teams began in June.

These teams range in age from 3 to 30.

Golden Nuggets: ages 3 to 5, practice Monday and Thursday 5 to 6

Divas: ages 6 to 8, practice Tuesday and Thurdsday 4:45 to 6:15 plus a tumbling day

Fame: Ages 9 to 11, practice Tuesday and Thursday 6 to 8, plus a tumbling day

Sapphires: ages: 12 to 18, Practice Tuesday and Thursday 6 to 8, plus a tumbling day

Diamonds: ages 12 to 18, practice Monday and Wednesday 6 to 8, plus a tumbling day

Coed Open: Ages 17 to 30, practice Sundays from 6 to 9

OUR MODIFIED TEAMS

begin on December 2nd

Ages range from 6 to 18

There are no requirement for these teams and they are seperated by age and skill

You will be going to 4 competitions between March and April.
